FAQs

How long is a voucher valid for?

A voucher is valid until March 31, 2023. If not used in that time, don’t worry… you can use the dollar amount paid against any future training. You just need to pay the difference for any price increases for that year.

Can I switch this training voucher to "on-site" delivery?

Yes! Most likely we can deliver your course “on-site” in Southern Ontario. You will just need to pay for the trainer’s travel/accommodation expenses.

What courses does a voucher cover?

A voucher covers most of our soft skills courses, such as leadership and management, communication skills, customer service, presentation skills, business writing, project management, change management, team building, selling and negotiating, etc.

A voucher does not cover Microsoft or Adobe Suite courses at this time, as they have a different pricing structure. Contact us if you would like a voucher for these topics.

Are there any additional costs?

Prices do not include tax. (HST will be added to the rate.)

Also, some course topics use third-party tools such as Myers-Briggs or DiSC profiles. If the course needs one of these tools, we will just bill you for them at our cost with no price mark-up!

If you decide to change to on-site training, we will also just bill you for the trainer’s travel expenses, such as mileage and any accommodation (if needed).

Can I do two different courses with one 2-day voucher?

Sorry, one voucher per course.

In other words, you can’t do two different full-day courses (e.g., Time Management and Customer Service) with a two-day voucher. You would need to purchase two, 1-day vouchers in this scenario.

How many can I buy?

Unlimited!

How do I pay for the voucher?

Just email us at info@virtualtraining.net with how many vouchers (and the type) you would like to purchase, and we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. Invoices can be paid by cheque, EFT, or credit card.
